A.P. Møller - Mærsk is Denmark's largest company and the world's largest container shipping company. A.P. Møller - Mærsk is the owner of Maersk Line's container shipping and other container activities in all corners of the world. Maersk Tankers operates a large fleet of crude oil and gas carriers.

The postal services markets have been privatised around Europe. Today the former national postal services providers as well as new postal services providers are competing for market shares on the European postal market.
