In 2014 Brazil is hosting the FIFA Football World Cup and in 2016 Rio de Janeiro is the host city of the Olympic Games. Hosting the two largest sports events in the world within years demands massive investment in infrastructure, building of sports arenas and other facilities.
The positive development in the Brazilian economy and the hosting of the largest sports events in the world makes it very interesting for many foreign companies to deal with Brazil. See www.fifa.com/worldcup to learn more about the World Cup and see www.rio2016.org to learn more about the Olympics.
