noma has once again been crowned the best restaurant in the world.
Picked by 800 chefs and food experts from around the world
The Copenhagen based noma restaurant was won S. Pellegrino World's Best Restaurant award for 2014 by Restaurant Magazine. A total of 800 chefs, restaurateurs, food writers and other food experts selected noma as the best restaurant in the world. noma has no less two-Michelin stars.
Special Nordic cuisine
noma's head chef René Redzepi specialises in creating special Nordic cuisine using local foods. On the menu card you will e.g. find seaweed from Iceland, deep-sea crabs from the Faroe Islands, lamb and musk ox meet from Greenland as well as many berries and herbs from Danish woods.
