The customer can order components using catalogue represented and maintained on the Works Portal by the supplier, but based upon the contract approved by both parties.
This ensures the customer can keep track of order fulfillment and budget allocations in the portal while supplier can continue working on the same data with production planning and inventory management in his own ERP system. Despatch advice approval and price validation of invoices will successively be carried out by the portal updating the original order.
